Dispersants

EPA, BP, and manufacturers are quibbling over which ones are the least toxic. i’d be interested to see comparative toxicity values between the dispersants and the crude itself. 22 years since the Exxon Valdez, and we still don’t seem to have progressed much. and this time, eleven workers DIED. i need to look at OSHA’s website to see what their response is going to be. stay tuned.
